The Best Staff

Imac Cleaning currently employs local, skilled commercial and industrial cleaners, managed by director John Townsend. The administration team is managed by director Sharron Rawlings who has 30 years experience in administration, human resources and accounting.

All employees have regular police and security checks and hold current first aid certificates and blue cards (where required) for building sites.

Staff wear uniforms supplied by Imac Cleaning, and are obliged to wear appropriate footwear and safety gear dependant on the job site (supplied by Imac Cleaning).

Identification tags with photo and identification information are supplied to all staff and must be worn at all times on each site.

Site specific operation manuals, specification sheets and materials safety data sheets are held on site at all times and staff must familiarise themselves on each site.

Training

Imac Cleaning is committed to training and ensuring all staff either have completed or be completing Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Services) in accordance with the National Training Scheme. The training is delivered on and off the job. The training program is made up of broad based and industry specific skills and provides management and staff with an industry endorsed, nationally recognised certificate.

Imac Cleaning is also committed to creating employment and assisting with the training and education of the local community. Traineeships are offered where available and again the trainee (under constant supervision), complete Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Services) during a 12 month period.

Once the Certificate III is obtained or successfully completed, the employee is encouraged and guided to continue learning and development. As a member of the BSCAA, Imac Cleaning has the advantage of ongoing industry training both at State and National levels.
